Delivery Information

The WaterShed Ltd guarantees to dispatch your orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment for goods ordered on this site.

While we attempt to keep most products in stock, if by heavy demand or shipping issues we are unable to comply with this undertaking we apologise and will contact you to advise you when you can expect delivery. 

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date and time, The WaterShed Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Deliveries will be attempted at your chosen address on the following day if the first delivery was unsuccessful. If your delivery was unsuccessful on the second attempt then a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service and arrange a collection. If you can not collect your goods within 7 days then it will be returned to The WaterShed. All returned orders to The WaterShed will be refunded via the method of payment; however you will be liable for incuring all delivery charges for attempted and returned deliveries.

Return of products to The WaterShed

The WaterShed is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original saleable condition within 14 days of receipt and we will either replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

 Unfortunately, your courier charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for a prior agreed exchange you will be reimbursed for the delivery charge after we are in receipt of the product.

Our Quality Control team inspects every delivery to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However if you do receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to call us on 0800 xxx xxx to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.

The WaterShed uses couriers that insure the goods in transit against damage to a maximum of $1500.00.  Please ensure you check your delivery for any damage prior to signing the delivery docket for the product.

The WaterShed may refuse to exchange damaged goods if signed for; acknowledging or accepting the goods have been received in good condition.

Should a fault appear after a product has been used/installed it may be covered under warrantee. 


The WaterShed Ltd Guarantees all goods for 12 months for manufacturing faults. The WaterShed Ltd will replace free of charge any failed component (other than consumerables) within 2 years of purchase so long as they have been correctly installed and complying with The WaterShed Ltd recommendations.  The WaterShed Ltd acknowledges the purchasers rights under the Fair Trading Act 1996 and the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.
